[HCM] Logistics Executive

POSITION OVERVIEW

- Logistics Executive is responsible for monitoring and improving transportation & warehouse operation as an individual contributor (IC). This includes coordinating transportation, arranging distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Logistics Executive will work closely with the Distribution Center (DC) & Warehouse team, Planning, Procurement, 3PL providers,...to achieve key objectives related to Supply Chain Management and other ad-hoc projects/tasks.
                                

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Transportation (40%):

- Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to restaurants/business partners and other facilities.

- Manage third-party logistics providers’ performance, and perform expense reconciliation & payment.

- Monitor and analyze transportation metrics such as lead-time, cost per shipment, and carrier reliability.

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and standards.

2. Warehouse performance (25%):

- Monitor warehouse performance and KPIs to alert any issues.

- Collaborate with the DC & Warehouse team to arrange shipments aligned with requirements.

3. Process improvement (25%):

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in logistics and warehousing.

- Utilize data and analytics to consult Logistics Lead in decision-making process and performance enhancements.

4. Compliance and documentation (10%):

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all logistics activities.

- Prepare reports on operational performance as required.

ARE YOU A FIT?

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business

- Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus

-  Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)

- Minimum 1 year of working experience

-  Hands-on experience in transportation and warehouse operations

-  Experience working with leaders and cross-functional teams

-  Ability to ensure on-time delivery of shipments and goods

-  Experience in implementing improvement initiatives

-  Experience in service-driven industries

- Experience in cross-docking or express logistics is an advantage
