I. ABOUT 4P’S CORPORATION

As we continue our regional and global expansion, New Store Development plays a critical role in ensuring each new location reflects our brand promise, operational excellence, and long-term business success.
II. ROLE PURPOSE
The NSD Manager is responsible for end-to-end development of new restaurant projects, from site evaluation through opening handover. This role ensures new stores are delivered on time, within budget, and in full alignment with Pizza 4P’s brand standards, operational requirements, and growth strategy.
Reporting to: Country Manager / Regional Head of Operations
Scope: New store projects and renovations within assigned markets
III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
New Store Development & Project Management
Lead the full NSD lifecycle: site assessment, feasibility, design coordination, construction, and opening
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones,and financial business model.
Ensure stores are delivered on schedule, within approved CAPEX and quality standards
Site Evaluation & Feasibility
Partner with leadership and real estate teams to evaluate potential locations
Conduct feasibility analysis covering layout, cost, local regulations, and operational fit
Provide clear recommendations to support investment decisions
Design, Construction & Vendors
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure store design reflects Pizza 4P’s brand, Omotenashi experience, and operational flow
Manage tendering, vendor selection, contracts, and cost control
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Legal,Finance, HR, and IT teams
Ensure smooth handover from NSD to Operations before store opening
Support pre-opening activities including equipment installation and readiness checks
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and licensing requirements
Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans
Continuous Improvement
Capture learnings from each project to improve future store rollouts
Propose standardization and efficiency improvements in NSD processes

New stores opened on time and within approved budget
Quality and brand consistency across all new locations
Smooth operational handover with minimal post-opening issues

Work Setting: Office-based with frequent site visits
Travel: Regular travel to project sites as required
VII. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & BENEFITS
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management preferrably; other related fields are welcome to apply
5–8+ years of experience in New Store Development, construction, or project management
Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes, permits, and vendor management in India - Bangalore market.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
