Our core products are food and beverages, specifically pizza, with key differentiators of "House-made cheeses", "Earth-to-people" and "Omotenashi" hospitality.

Pizza 4P’s is an innovative Vietnam-based Japanese Italian pizza restaurant that started in Vietnam with a simple yet powerful mission: “Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness”. We are known for crafting artisanal pizzas, homemade cheese, and unique East-meets-West flavors while embracing sustainability and community impact at the heart of everything we do. Today, we operate restaurants across Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, India and Indonesia, and continue to grow with a vision of bringing people together through memorable dining experiences.

I. ROLE PURPOSE

The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Project Planning and Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and other consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

2. Site Supervision and Quality Control

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and safety protocols.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Review and approve material samples and workmanship.

3. Budget and Cost Management

  • Review and verify contractor invoices and progress claims.
  • Manage change orders and variations, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure they remain within the approved budget.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Compliance & Restrictions Compliance, Safety, or Legal Responsibilities

  • Must adhere to internal HR policies, labor laws, and regulations related to employee data privacy, equal opportunity, and fair employment practices.
  • Must comply with company policies on financial controls, information security protocols, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption standards.

Conflict of Interest Risks

  • Must maintain impartiality in talent assessments and succession planning to avoid favoritism or bias.
  • Must disclose any personal or family relationships with vendors, suppliers, or business partners where business decisions are involved.
  • Restricted from hiring or directly supervising immediate family members without prior approval.

Confidentiality & Information Security

  • Handles confidential employee data (e.g., performance reviews, succession plans, compensation information, personal data).
  • Handles sensitive business information (e.g., strategic plans, financial data, operational metrics, expansion plans). Information security classification: Confidential – requires secure storage, limited access, and proper handling of sensitive documents.

III. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience Duration 3-5 years of experience

Relevant Experience

  • Required: 3+ years in project engineering or construction management.
  • Preferred: Experience in the F&B or retail industry.

Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration

  • Required: Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to implement talent strategies.

Industry or Domain Expertise

  • Required: Experience in F&B or service-driven industries.
