[HCM] SAP Executive

I. ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP Engineer to join our technology team. You will work closely with business stakeholders and senior SAP consultants to support, enhance, and maintain SAP solutions across multiple business functions.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving business problems through technology and want to build a long-term career in SAP ERP.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP users by investigating and resolving system issues.
- Configure SAP based on business requirements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Assist in SAP implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities.
- Create functional specifications and support technical development.
- Perform system testing (Unit Test, SIT, UAT) and validate delivered solutions.
- Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training when required.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Retail, and IT.
- Participate in project planning, issue tracking, and release activities.

III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education Background

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Language Proficiency

Required: English – Advanced (spoken & written)

Relevant Experience

- Bachelor‘s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in SAP, ERP, or enterprise business applications.
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Willingness to learn new SAP modules and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration

Required: Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to implement talent strategies.

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of one or more SAP modules such as:
  + MM
  + FI/CO
  + PP
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.
- Experience with SAP Business One.
- SAP certification is a plus.
- Experience using Clickup, Jira, or similar project management tools.
