I. ROLE PURPOSE

The QA Supervisor — Restaurant manages and coordinates all quality assurance and food safety activities across the Pizza 4P's, Delivery, and Ippudo restaurant networks in Vietnam and Cambodia. This role ensures all locations operate strictly in compliance with food safety standards to protect the brand and deliver a safe, consistent dining experience for customers.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. QA Restaurant Team Management

  • Directly manage the Senior QA Regional Executives (Northern VN, Southern & Central VN, Cambodia) and regional QA teams.

  • Allocate restaurant audit plans, tracking the progress and work quality of each regional QA team member.

  • Train, guide professionally, and evaluate the performance of QA Restaurant staff.

  1. Restaurant Food Safety Systems & Standards

  • Develop and update the comprehensive set of food safety standards for restaurants.

  • Implement and monitor allergen control and microbiological control programs at the restaurant level.

  • Coordinate with Operations to standardize procedures related to food hygiene and safety.

  1. Audits & Compliance

  • Establish and maintain a routine audit plan for all restaurants (Pizza 4P's, Delivery, Ippudo) across Vietnam and Cambodia.

  • Consolidate audit results, analyze trends of non-conformance, and propose corrective actions.

  • Support restaurants during inspections by state regulatory authorities regarding food hygiene and safety.

  • Manage Food Safety Certificates and food business licenses for all points of sale.

  1. Incident & Complaint Handling

  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints related to food quality and safety.

  • Coordinate root-cause investigations for severe incidents (suspected food poisoning, foreign objects, or media-related complaints).

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to manage media crises concerning food safety.

  1. Training & Quality Culture

  • Deploy food safety training programs for new restaurant staff, alongside periodic and advanced training sessions.

  • Build training materials, instructional videos, and internal communication publications for restaurants.

  1. Reporting

  • Prepare monthly reports for the QA Manager detailing the quality and food safety status across the entire restaurant system, along with associated action plans.

III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition, or a related field.

Relevant Experience

  • Required: 7+ years of QA experience in the F&B restaurant chain industry, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor/Lead position.

  • Preferred: Experience working in multi-brand or multinational F&B chains.

Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration

  • Required: Proven ability to coordinate effectively with multi-regional teams, Operations, Marketing, and state regulatory authorities during inspections or crisis resolutions.

  • Special Requirement: Strong skills in managing geographically dispersed teams (remote team management) and willingness to travel between provinces in Vietnam and Cambodia (~30-40% of the time).

Industry or Domain Expertise

  • Required: Deep understanding of HACCP, GHP, SSOP, and food safety regulations in both Vietnam and Cambodia. Experience handling regulatory inspections and managing restaurant food safety incidents.

  • Preferred: Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Khmer or Japanese is an advantage. Attributes include self-discipline, meticulousness, high pressure tolerance, and the ability to work independently.
