Oneness partners Vol.06 Tangentes

The patisserie unit “Tangentes @tangentes_official,” overseen by Yuichi Goto @yuichi.goto from “PATH” in Yoyogi Uehara and Kazuhiro Nakamura @kazuhir0nakamura from “Think @think_tokyo” in Yanaka, takes charge of our delectable desserts.

Tangentes @tangentes_official is the brainchild of Yuichi Goto @yuichi.goto from PATH in Yoyogi Uehara and Kazuhiro Nakamura @kazuhir0nakamura from Think @think_tokyo in Yanaka.

Our cheesecake is made with fresh, homemade cheese crafted on-site, while the tiramisu is made using an original coffee blend created in collaboration with “ONIBUS COFFEE @onibuscoffee.”

Indulge in our fondant chocolates, meticulously crafted from cacao sourced from “MAROU @maisonmarou,” a beloved bean-to-bar chocolate producer deeply connected with Vietnam. Complementing this is our Vietnamese sweet soup (often called chè), skillfully prepared from discarded whey.
