This farmer is deeply committed to the art of cultivating vegetables with a focus on flavor.

Rather than relying solely on completely natural farming methods, Crazy Farm employs a unique approach.

They harness the power of microorganisms to unlock the hidden layers of taste within these vegetables, resulting in a distinct and refined flavor profile. These remarkable vegetables are nurtured with utmost care against the backdrop of the breathtaking Yatsugatake Mountains.

Mayumi Ishige’s partner, Mayumi, shares a connection to 4P’s culinary world. She once worked alongside our culinary supervisor in the same pizza restaurant. Today, she proudly operates “ristorante koen @ristorante_koen,” an Italian restaurant located in Kofu, Yamanashi.
