At Pizza 4P’s, we dedicate ourselves to carefully considering every aspect of restaurant creation.

Water, something often taken for granted in our daily lives, has a remarkable origin. As we pondered its source, we crossed paths with Junpei Takeda (@iamjunpei), our editor, who introduced us to “GENRYU UNIVERSITY @npokosuge.” This institution is actively involved in the revitalization of water sources and forests at the headwaters of the Tama River in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture.

Accompanied by Shingo Ishizaka of GENRYU UNIVERSITY, we ventured into the forest and gained valuable insights from observing their water source restoration project.

With their assistance, 4P’s will craft sparkling water with minimal modification, primarily involving gas infusion and sterilization, preserving the natural essence of the water.

Our goal is to establish a connection to the forthcoming generation by fostering an appreciation for the water’s origins, which flows through forests, villages, rivers, and oceans, bringing blessings to all living beings.

We aspire that each glass of water savored at 4P’s will symbolize a connection to the essence of life.
