【Job Description】

At Pizza 4P’s Tokyo, located in Azabudai Hills, we are looking for a skilled culinary professional to join our team. Your responsibilities will include making pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation, shaping, and baking, as well as general Italian cooking tasks from prep work to plating. We take pride in creating fresh cheese, pizza dough, sauces, and cured meats in-house, using carefully selected ingredients from dedicated producers.

【Requirements】

At least 2 years of cooking experience.

Experience in management is a plus.

A strong interest in pizza and Italian cuisine.

Our fresh cheese is made from milk awarded for top quality at the Kanto Dairy Quality Improvement Competition, from “Sudo Farm.” Whey produced during cheese making is reused in pizza dough, beer, desserts, and even as flower vase water.
