【Background】
Following our expansion in Vietnam, we are focusing on India as the next strategic country for our global business growth. In December 2023, we opened our first Pizza 4P’s store in Bangalore and are preparing to open 2-3 more locations by 2025, with plans for further expansion into major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai.
At the same time, we are launching a delivery business in India. We are looking for a leader to spearhead the launch and expansion of the Pizza 4P’s delivery business in a market of 1.4 billion people.
【Job Description】
The role involves establishing and optimizing delivery operations in the Indian market. The goal is to strengthen operational excellence, maximize customer and employee satisfaction, and create a sustainable store model that contributes to long-term growth in India. Key areas of focus include managing delivery hubs, ensuring product and service quality, and overseeing new store openings.
Key responsibilities include:
▶︎Managing customer satisfaction
▶︎Monitoring sales, profit and loss, and KPIs
▶︎Driving talent management and team development initiatives
▶︎Improving product and service quality in collaboration with operations, marketing, tech, and food teams
▶︎Overseeing new store openings (site research, store operations)
▶︎Reporting directly to the Delivery Business Manager
Initially, the role will start under the guidance of the Delivery Business Manager in Vietnam, where the job details will be learned. Following that, the position will move to India, where the role will be carried out under the CEO’s direct supervision and involve coordinating with the back-office teams in Vietnam and India.

▶︎Business-level English proficiency
▶︎Experience in operations within food delivery, fast food, or dining sectors
▶︎Hands-on experience in a startup or small company with fewer than 50 employees
▶︎Experience managing store sales and profit and loss
▶︎Ability to work in India (Bangalore)
【NICE-to-HAVE Qualifications】
▶︎Experience as the lead in launching a new business
▶︎Project management skills specific to delivery operations
▶︎Data analysis skills
▶︎Interest in building and developing an organization
▶︎Experience working with or alongside tech/marketing teams or equivalent, MBA.
