【Job Description】 

We are seeking a Head of Fresh Cheese Production for an Italian dining brand expanding in overseas markets, primarily in Asia. With the expansion into new international markets, we are looking for someone to lead the establishment of cheese production facilities in new countries. Our premium line of dairy products, including fresh and aged cheeses, is used in our own restaurants, retail, and B2B sales. Long-term plans include exploring export opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

▶︎Production of fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, and aged cheeses including camembert, raclette, and blue cheese.

▶︎Sourcing and procurement of raw milk from both dairy cows and water buffalo, as well as quality control throughout the supply chain.

▶︎Managing operations of the cheese production facility, including quality control, team development and management, budget oversight, recruitment planning, and cost management.

▶︎Developing and implementing manufacturing plans in line with business objectives.

▶︎Conceptualizing and developing new cheese products from initial ideas to prototypes.

▶︎Progress management of various projects related to production and product development.

▶︎Identifying and negotiating with domestic and international vendors, suppliers, and partners (working with internal teams).

【MUST-HAVE Qualifications】

▶︎Strong interest and passion for dairy farming, cheese production, and dairy product manufacturing.

▶︎Basic conversational level of English.

【NICE-to-HAVE Qualifications】

▶︎Management and work experience in overseas markets, including Southeast Asia.

▶︎Experience in manufacturing fresh and aged cheeses.

▶︎Experience managing a team of 10 or more.

▶︎Ability to promote the vision and core values of the company and inspire a shared direction and consciousness within the team.

▶︎Commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.

▶︎Capability to tackle challenging problems and see them through to resolution.
