At Pizza 4P’s, our vision is “Make the World Smile for Peace.” Inspired by the joy of sharing peaceful moments, a pizza party with friends, we aim to spread that sense of happiness worldwide. Operating over 30 locations across Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, Japan and with the recent addition of our Indonesia store, we are a global pizza restaurant chain dedicated to bringing people together through exceptional dining experiences.

Since our founding, we have prioritized sustainability and community engagement. Our in-house crafted cheese and transparent sourcing of ingredients reflect our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility. We also offer educational and entertaining experiences, such as workshops for children using vegetables grown in our aquaponics systems. In Cambodia, we’ve tackled waste management challenges by launching zero-waste stores. We are proud to publish an annual sustainability report and engage in projects like “Letters to the Future,” which uses recycled materials to create awareness about plastic waste. These efforts have earned us recognition worldwide.

Details of  International Store Manager

Background
We’re recruiting Area Manager candidates across our markets (Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan). You’ll start as a Store Manager at one of our locations, with the opportunity to grow into an Area Manager overseeing multiple stores.
Responsibilities

1. High-Quality Restaurant Management with Core Values & Profitability

Lead restaurant operations as the team leader, following global standards
Create memorable experiences through OMOTENASHI (Japanese hospitality)
Represent the restaurant, communicate our concept and purpose to customers, and maximize value
Maintain quality and lead the team with shared values and direction across our global organization
Respond sincerely to customer feedback with a spirit of continuous improvement and hospitality
Quality control and management of food (including pizza), drinks, and homemade cheese

2. Strategy & Management

Build a business model adapted to the local market to drive sales and profit
Manage operational costs including food, labor, utilities, and other expenses
Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders
Build sustainable labor models with flexible management

3. Recruitment, Evaluation, Training & Employee Satisfaction

Talent acquisition, training programs, evaluation systems, and employee satisfaction initiatives

Working Conditions

Hours: 9:00-23:00 (shift-based, with breaks)
Location: Negotiable

Requirements
Essential:

English proficiency for business communication
3+ years management experience in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B
Interest in pizza and Italian cuisine

Preferred:

Ability to share our culture and core values with the global team and lead projects as a representative
Persistence in solving difficult challenges
Ability to engage stakeholders and work with ownership
Respect for diverse opinions and cultures; strong team collaboration skills
Strategic thinking for long-term business growth
Strong interest in sustainability and social impact
Interest or experience in well-being practices like mindfulness
