SEASONAL GREEN SALAD WITH STRACCIATELLA & GRILLED VEGETABLES

Fresh from our partner, quality farms(@qualitygreens.id).

Seasonal greens, grilled zucchini and thin slices of ripe pear – light, crisp, and just a little sweet. 

Finished with our house-made stracciatella, soft and milky, pooling gently between the leaves.

A dressing of fermented honey and anchovy pulls it all together. Sweet, a salty touch with something subtly deep underneath that you can’t quite name but will absolutely think about later.
