WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Facility Maintenance
- Oversee routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all locations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
- Manage repairs, renovations, and equipment upgrades.
2. Equipment Management
- Manage the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and address breakdowns promptly.
3. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all locations comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train team on safety protocols and procedures.
4. Budget Management
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget for each location.
- Source cost-effective suppliers and negotiate maintenance contracts.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
5. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance partners across all locations.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive maintenance team.
- Provide guidance and support to resolve complex maintenance issues.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in maintenance or facilities management
- 5+ years of working experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Head or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
