ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement field, experience in F&B field is an advantage;
- Business level English
- Result-oriented mind-set;
- Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;
- Strong negotiation skill with the parties such as big supplier, restaurants
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication & analytical skill, and problem solving skill;
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment;
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed;
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity.
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
1. Procurement:
- Manage procurement purchase order of foods & non-foods for 4P‘s restaurants;
- Responsible for both domestic and imported F&B;
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues;
- Sourcing supplier for F&B items when demand arises: Irregular request, Project, New Store opening;
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity
2. Planning & Strategy:
- Support SCM Manager in preparing forecast for F&B;
- Conduct Supplier Selection and Negotiation to ensure cost-saving, efficient and effective purchase;
- Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement;
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.
3. Supplier Management:
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and ensure good communications;
- Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods;
- Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities.
4. Print Co-ordinator (Preferable)
- Connect to Print Supplier to complete the printing order (choose price, type of paper materials)
