About the Role
You will act as the second-in-command in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and supporting both team and quality standards during our expansion into the US market.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist Chef in managing daily BOH operations.
  • Supervise kitchen production, line execution, and service flow.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control at all stations.
  • Support training and development of kitchen team members.
  • Oversee inventory checks, portioning accuracy, and waste control.
  • Assist in ordering and supplier communication when needed.
  • Ensure SOP compliance and operational discipline.
  • Coordinate with FOH and Chef for seamless shift operations.
  • Support menu rollout execution and operational feedback.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of kitchen experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen workflow and quality standards.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations.
  • Solid fundamentals in prep, production, and line execution.
  • Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adopt US food safety requirements.

What We Offer
Salary Range: USD 60,000–85,000 annually (based on experience)
