The secret in the “miracle black box” right above the oven – it’s AI Camera technology; by applying artificial intelligence in the food industry, they are able to identify, analyze and record the information that needs to be processed. They are used at 4P’s for checking the shape of pizza, the baking condition like edge pizza is not enough swollen, burnt baking, sauce covering on the edge, or uneven topping, etc.
