Currently, the application of artificial intelligence (robot runner) in the F&B industry is quite familiar and frequently seen in developed countries around the world, but in Vietnam it is still quite new. We have recognized the benefits of this technology which enhances service quality and brings an intriguing experience to diners.

To bring this new wave of technology to everyone, we have brought “Runner Robot” to Pizza 4P’s. This “friend” is convenient and contributes to customer service support, but will not be able to completely replace our beloved Partners ☺️ Besides, this runner robot has different delivery modes and is very safe with built-in 3D obstacle avoidance sensors!
