Pizza 4P’s Indonesia is looking for a passionate Restaurant Area Manager to help shape the future of our restaurant operations in Indonesia.

Your Role

As a Restaurant Area Manager, you will serve as both a coach and a business partner to our restaurant management teams. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence, develop future leaders, and consistently deliver memorable “WOW” experiences to our guests.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences across assigned restaurants.
• Coach Senior Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers, supporting their performance and accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify, mentor, and develop future restaurant leaders.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational quality checks to maintain Pizza 4P’s service and food quality standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to develop Kaizen action plans and resolve operational challenges.
• Demonstrate Pizza 4P’s core values — Omotenashi, Authenticity, Kaizen, and Compassion — while contributing to company-wide quality improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

[Required Qualifications]

• At least 5 years of management experience in fine-dining or semi-fine-dining restaurants.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills, ideally with experience developing managers into senior roles.
• Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to improve KPIs across multiple locations.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in office software.

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations or a defined geographic area.
• Experience in a fast-growing F&B or hospitality group with structured coaching and quality assurance programs.
• Proficiency in Indonesian language.
