In under five seconds, we had the formula. A pizza created by the A.I. featured nicely sliced lemongrass chicken and peanut sauce combined with local Vietnamese herbs that are well known to Vietnamese diners.

This game-changing A.I. tool inspired us to try braver experiments, such as combining Vietnamese ingredients we never thought of before with Italian-style food; our customers can now taste homely flavors on their pizza through a unique mix and match. ChatGPT allows us to try out new things that weren’t in the pipeline, and our chefs are eager to show the skills, making the “concept recipes” become reality.
