TRUFFLE BURRATA MUSHROOM PIZZA
It starts with the mushrooms, organic, from Yum Organic Farm (@yumorganicfarm), stirred into our house-made mushroom sauce and layered with mozzarella before the whole thing goes into the oven, where the heat pulls everything down into the crust and makes it one. What comes out is already deeply earthy and satisfying, and then we finish it: truffle burrata made in-house, set on top while it’s still hot, slowly softening and spreading into every corner, followed by a little garlic oil and parmesan. Nothing extra, nothing missing. The kind of pizza that’s rich without being heavy, layered without being complicated, and that you’re still thinking about long after the plate is empty.
