Sweet Balinese shrimp, lifted by heat.
Our sambal is made in-house, shallots, lemongrass, a slow simmer with garlic oil until it all melts into a rich, fragrant tomato sauce that smells like it knows what it’s doing.
The shrimp drinks it all in, turning sweeter as the spice builds around it.
Then the mascarpone, crafted fresh by our cheese team, is stirred through, and something wonderful happens. The heat stays, but it softens at the edges. Rounder. Deeper. A little dangerous, a little comforting.
Both at once. Every bite.
