QUALITY FARM, CIPANAS

Much of what reaches our kitchen begins in the soil.

Quality Farm started in Cipanas with a single plot of kale. Founded by Ardisa, it now tends 10,000 m² of land, works alongside 11 farmer groups, and grows over 100 varieties of fruits and vegetables.

From leafy greens and herbs to citrus, tomatoes, and seasonal fruit, the harvest arrives in every form. Some of it ends up in our salads, some in our sauces, and some reaches the plate untouched.

Every crop has its season, and every one is grown with care.
